Whether you’re a small entrepreneur selling camping gear or a private individual crafting unique outdoor items, this expo is the perfect place to showcase your offerings.
Moreover, we understand the value of supporting local and small to medium private companies that manufacture and sell outdoor items like boats, caravans, camping trailers, and campervans. For larger companies specializing in second-hand and new outdoor items, this expo offers a fantastic opportunity to display and sell their products.
In addition to the finished project, we have space dedicated to services related to outdoor activities. Whether it’s caravan, boat, or 4×4 servicing, repairing items, or supplying replacement parts, this expo will connect you with reliable and expert service providers.
Our mission is to introduce more people to the wonders of the outdoors, and we believe affordability should never be a barrier. That’s why we offer various cost-effective opportunities for individuals and businesses alike to participate in this expo.
Even if you can’t physically attend the expo, don’t worry! We provide static advertising space for exhibitors unable to be present in person. Your products and services will still get the exposure they deserve.

The Que Sera Venue is situated on the R25, halfway between Garstfontein and Lynwood road, roughly ten kilometres away from Bapsfontien. Host to many small and large events and a well-known spot to biker enthusiasts

Exhibition ground space only. Allocated areas have 15amp power available for limited usage, Exhibitor to bring their own 30mt extension.
***Unless otherwise agreed upon, stands that allow camping on their area includes 1x car, 1x caravan, tent or trailer per stand. Exhibitors wishing to park in the exhibitor parking must be in possession of a valid visitor parking. One parking per single stand booking.
Eg multiple stand bookings will allow for multiple exhibitor parking tickets. (eg 3 x 10×10 = 3 parking tickets)
